How do I place my order?
To place your order, follow these steps :
- Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size, if applicable.
- Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button
- After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
- From there, you can either login to your existing The Purple Box account or simply continue as a 'New User' and create one.
- Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.
How can I make payment?
All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Rest assured, your money is safe. There are NO hidden charges for any of our products. You can make the payment using our digital payment options.
How will I know that my order is placed successfully?
Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID.
Can I Cancel at any time?
Please read through our policies for more details on cancellation and refunds.
When will my order reach?
Your order will reach within 7-8 working days. We know 7-8 seems a little longer but we promise you the best products and best experience.
In case you have booked a pre-order title, please check the tentative shipping timeline in the product description available on the website
How will my order reach?
Your box will be delivered to you by our courier partner. As soon as you place your order and your order is ready to dispatch we will share the shipment details over your registered number and email id.
Where is my order? Why there is no update and why it hasn't been shipped yet?

There are two types of orders we receive on daily basis: Pre-Order and in-stock titles
Pre-Orders: We open the booking for the books which are in import from UK/US/ANZ, they take their sweet time to reach India, and we always share the expected arrival time in the description. Please check the timeline and wait for the arrival update from us. We regularly share stories with the arrival update on Instagram and all the pre-order bookings receives a mail once the books are here
In-stock items: We ship out all the available books on priority, generally it takes 2-4 days for us to dispatch
I ordered the in-stock book, why it has not been delivered yet?
There are different lockdown rules for each and every state, we keep track of all the daily updates and maintain a dashboard. Your books are packed and ready to leave us. But we can only ship the order when your state allows the non-essential deliveries
At what date, I will receive my pre-order book?
Ans. We cannot assign a fixed date, the reason being these are imports and they take their own time to reach India. Most of the times it reaches early, but sometimes there can be a small delay which we need to consider
How can I change the address?
You can always mail us with the order id
Why I am not getting replies on mail, Instagram, or Whatsapp?
Ans. We have an average TAT to answer all the queries in 2-24 hours, sometimes we are busy with reading or eating some snacks. But don't worry we will get back to you as soon as possible. We are always here to help you
